Recovery Bridge Housing (RBH)

Divine Healthcare Services, Inc. is known for offering a complete continuum of care for persons with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), including recovery bridge housing. Our housings are well equipped, in safe locations, abstinence-focused, and peer-supported. All our residents must be active in the outpatient level of treatment for the duration of their stay in recovery bridge housing.

Eligibility – patient must be;

18 years or older,
a County of Los Angeles resident,
an active Medi-Cal benefits recipient or be eligible,
concurrently enrolled in OP/IOP/OTP/OP-WM treatment, and
in need of a stable, safe living environment to best support their recovery from SUD.
